Sonnette may change its pricing grid, up or down, with three months' written notice sent to every customer hotel.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, with no justification and no penalty, effective at the end of the current month.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The three-month trial opens with no credit card; nothing is charged if you do not continue after the trial.
Is the Beds24 channel manager included?
No, it is subscribed to and paid separately by your hotel directly to Beds24 (roughly 20 to 30 €/month). Sonnette also works without Beds24, in manual-booking mode.
What happens if I want to leave?
You get a full export of your data (open formats) within 48 hours on request. After cancellation, your data is erased 90 days later, except for records the law requires us to keep, which are handed to you before erasure.
Is the tax compliance certificate included?
Yes, for hotels located in France. It is issued per major version of the software's tax scope and downloadable from your account. See the Security & compliance page for detail, including what is not covered outside France.
Can the price change after I sign up?
Yes, but never without notice: any change to the pricing grid is announced by email three months in advance, for all customer hotels at once.
