Sonnette grew out of the real needs of a 29-room hotel. Every screen was built for daily use, not for a feature list.

Invoicing & compliant till

An invoicing chain built to withstand a tax audit, not just to print a PDF.

A till compliant with article 286-I-3° bis of the French General Tax Code (CGI): unalterability, security, retention and archiving of payment data.
Invoice numbering by annual sequence, with a prefix specific to your hotel.
A validated invoice is locked; it is corrected with a credit note, never by deletion.
A booking file with the running total always visible: total, invoiced, paid, balance.

Statistics

Figures explained in plain English, not an opaque dashboard.

Also works without Beds24: a manual-booking mode for very small properties.

A dedicated email address for your Booking.com guests (relay addresses), so you can keep writing to them after their stay.

Beds24 sync: availability, rates, bookings and OTA messages.
Stripe online payment: a non-refundable deposit at booking, or a flexible balance that can be changed up to 3 days before arrival.
A declined card: the alert reaches the front desk immediately.
